Day 8: 15 December
Psalm 133:1-3. 1 See how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity! 2 It is like the precious oil on the head, That ran down on the beard, Even Aaron’s beard; That came down on the edge of his robes;3 Like the dew of Hermon, That comes down on the hills of Zion: For there Yahweh gives the blessing, Even life forevermore.
Psalm 18:48 47 Even the God who executes vengeance for me, And subdues peoples under me. 48 He rescues me from my enemies. Yes, you lift me up above those who rise up against me. You deliver me from the violent man. 49 Therefore I will give thanks to you, Yahweh, among the nations, And will sing praises to your name. 50 He gives great deliverance to his king, And shows lovingkindness to his anointed, To David and to his seed, forevermore.
The requirement for changing the sound over our nation of South Africa is that we will learn to love each other no matter what we agree or disagree with concerning our opinions. We will learn to value each other in spite of our differences and continue to look at the Lord together, always choosing to protect each other and our unity in Christ.
We need to remember that we follow in the footsteps of Jesus and if He does not turn His back on us when we don’t agree with Him, what premise do we reason from to validate us turning our backs on each other when we don’t agree with each other. No, let us choose to be different. Let us bare with each other and continue to work out our differences in humility and maturity, praying for insight and revelation instead of rejecting and harming each other. The Lord has made space for all in South Africa to have a place and a future.
As we learn to do this, our unified sound will be brought straight into the favor of the Lord and Jesus can therefore command His blessing over us all which will carry life forevermore over South Africa. Now, is this not what we seek? Or rather, what God seeks?
Therefore, let us now put aside our differences and seek the heart of God together and learn to love each other and stand in unity with each other? We are now able to declare from, from our new place of purification the declaration that the Lord has given to us to declare over South Africa.
Prayer:
Father in Heaven, I repent generationally for all self-promotion, jealousy and demonized fleshliness. Please wash me generationally with Your Son’s Holy blood and position me as Your living gate exactly where You want me to stand. I surrender to You and I choose to lift up the ancient door of my inner spirit to You, I also stand and lift up my head of authority to look at only Your leading in my life.
Please come into me and execute Your decree through me for You are mighty in battle and the King of Glory. Therefore, in unity with all my brothers and sisters inside and outside South Africa I now decree, as per what You have given to Your counsels that You will rescue us as a nation from our enemies. You will lift South Africa up above those who rise up against us as a nation. You will deliver South Africa from the violent man. And I declare that we will see Your faithfulness and we will give You all the glory and the praise.
