ESAU SPIRIT
Esau was happy to sell his birthright for immediate gratification. We see this spirit at work in our Nation.
Characteristics:
- Sacrificing covenantal blessings for temporary comfort
- Instant gratification
- Lack of foresight
- Disdain for heritage/ legacy
- Lack of stewardship
ORPHAN SPIRIT
The underpinning Spirit of this is the Orphan Spirit. We call on the good shepherd of the sheep for stewards Shepherds to be released into every structure of Governmental office.
PRIDE AND REBELLION
Leviathan to bow its knee
ABSALOM to be dismantled
UNITY
As the Spirit of Unity grows across the Church in the Nation: so the spirit of Unity to grow in areas of public office.
Jesus came to serve and not to be served ( Mathew 20: 28 )
The first shall be last and the last be first ( Mathew 20: 16 )
VOTER APATHY
This is present due to hopelessness. Hope deferred makes the heart sick.
DELAYED JUSTICE
Ecclesiastes 8: 11
” because the sentence against the evil deed is not carried out swiftly; therefore the heart of the son of men are fully set to do evil. “
We call for swift execution of Justice in all cases of maladministration, use of public funds, abuse of position and office.
